With the support of the State Ministry and the Ministry of the Environment, Climate Protection and the Energy Sector Baden-Württemberg a guide is being drawn up by Baden-Württemberg's KEA Climate Protection and Energy Agency GmbH for the County of Vukovar-Srijem/Croatia. The guide will outline approaches to set up new local heat networks, reduce consumption of fossil fuels and enable greater use of renewable energies, both in a medium and a long term perspective. The guide contains proposals for specific implementation measures. It also shows how to improve the energy-efficient use of natural gas by using combined heat and power systems.

The guide will be published in German and Croatian.
