The Ministry of the Environment, Climate Protection and the Energy Sector is located in four separate office buildings. The offices at Kernerplatz 9 and 10, Willy-Brandt-Straße 41 and Dillmannstrasse 3 are all easily accessible by public transport.
Kernerplatz 9 und 10
are a ten minute walk from the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) through the Schlossgarten park. Walk past the Planetarium, after about 100 metres turn right and cross the pedestrian bridge (B 14) to get to Kernerplatz. BY TRAM: Take subway lines U9 (from Hauptbahnhof in the ‘Hedelfingen’ direction) or U14 (from Hauptbahnhof in the ‘Remseck’ direction) and get off at the ‘Staatsgalerie’ stop. Walk approximately 200 metres through the Landhausstrasse to reach Kernerplatz.
Willy-Brandt-Straße 41
are a ten minute walk from the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) through the Schlossgarten park. Walk past the Planetarium, after about 100 metres turn right and take the first two flights of stairs of the pedestrian bridge. Turn right to Willy-Brandt-Straße and follow it to the main entrance of building 41. BY TRAM: Take subway lines U9 (from Hauptbahnhof in the ‘Hedelfingen’ direction) or U14 (from Hauptbahnhof in the ‘Remseck’ direction) and get off at the ‘Staatsgalerie’ stop. Leave the stop through the "Schlossgarten" exit and follow Willy-Brandt-Strasse to the main entrance.
Dillmannstraße 3
can be reached from the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) by taking Bus No. 42 (in the ‘Schreiberstraße’ direction). Get off at the ‘Hegelplatz’ stop, change to Bus No. 43 (in the ‘Doggenburg’ direction) and get off at the ‘Dillmannstraße’ stop.
Parking is very limited at all of the office buildings.
